All Orders
Most orders ship within 48 hours. Special orders such as any engraving, sizing, or custom designs may take up to 3-4 additional days. All shipping options apply from the time the order is ready to ship, not when the order is placed. All orders placed after 4:00pm M-F will be processed the following business day. BestBuyJeweler follows a M-F work week. Please feel free to contact a Customer Service Representative with any shipping concerns or special requests.
BestBuyJeweler has established the following guidelines towards ALL orders foreign and domestic.
All orders will be verified by a Customer Service Representative via telephone prior to processing your order.
1. No order is accepted unless complete information is provided including full billing address and phone numbers.
2. We will not accept any order originating from a free, web-based, or Email forwarding address - the customer must provide an ISP (Internet Service Provider) or domain based addresses.(One that can be traced back to a "real" person.)
3. Delivery must be within the United States or Canada and cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. All deliveries must be made to the billing address on file with the applicable credit card company.
The existence of these measures, although they may seem unwarranted, are necessary to protect both you the customer from unauthorized charges, and BestBuyJeweler.com from internet fraud.
* BestBuyJeweler.com's shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day service.
All orders are shipped via UPS and are fully insured in transit. Delivery time is usually within five (5) business days from the time your package is shipped.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customs, Tariffs, and Taxes
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches you. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from BestBuyJeweler.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents and products ordered.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
BestBuyJeweler.com will accept the return of new, undamaged merchandise that is not a special order *, worn, sized or otherwise used, subject to the following limitations:
* rings under size 6 or over size 7 are special orders (other than size 10 for men).
For a full refund (shipping & handling charges* are not refundable), merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
All returned merchandise must show a Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please contact our Customer Service Department by calling Toll Free 1-800-401-3205 or email us at customerservice@bestbuyjeweler.com to obtain an RA#.
Diamonds and jewelry are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. All jewelry returned for refund or exchange must be unblemished, otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

2) How do I shop online?
Just follow these step-by-step instructions to learn how to shop online with us!
1)Find the jewelry piece you wish to buy by browsing through our categories. When you see an item you like, simply click on the picture or product name and you'll be taken to a page with a larger picture and description of the product. At this page, you can add the jewelry piece to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button.
2) Next, simply choose the quantity you'd like to buy.
3) At this point you can either continue shopping by clicking on the "More Shopping" button or you can proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Secure Checkout" button. That's it!
You can view the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the view cart button at the top right of your screen. When you're done shopping, simply click the checkout button at the top right of the screen.
You will be taken to a page showing the current contents of your shopping cart. From here, you must choose to either continue shopping, or continue to checkout. When you're ready, click the "Secure Checkout" button.
At the next screen, you will be asked to login if you've purchased from us before. Or, if you're a new customer, click the "New Customer" button to begin the checkout process.
You'll be asked to enter your billing and shipping information, create a login name and choose a password. All of this information is stored on our secure server in order to assist you when shopping with us in the future.

3) Do you have a catalog?
Although we currently do not have a printed catalog at this time, our online inventory is continuously being updated to provide you with the most up-to-date pieces and pricing. If you are looking for a piece or can't find a piece in our online catalog please email or call us.
4) Will you size the ring I'm interested in and how long does it take for you to size my ring?
We will size the ring you're interested in to your specifications. If you are not sure of your ring size please refer to our ring sizing chart under the company information menu. Please allow between 2-10 business days for arrival depending on customization and shipping plan.
5) I left a voice mail message and have not received a call back from you?
If you do not hear from us within a day, please email us again or give us a call. Usually the reason for this is because of a mistyped email address or phone number.
6) How large is one carat?
We have a chart on the company information page which will give the approximate millimeter size for the most popular diamond cuts.
7) How do I convert my ring size from an International ring size to a US ring size?
We have a chart on the company information page which will give you your US ring size and international ring size equivalent.
8) I see a jewelry item that I really like, but the picture is in 14kt. yellow gold. Can you create this piece available in white gold, platinum or 18kt yellow gold?
The chances are good that the piece you are looking at can be made in a different metal. If the option is not available while viewing the product please give our toll free number a call or email us. Be sure to have the product ID available.
9) If I receive an item of jewelry and don't like it will I be able to return it for a refund?
Yes, we will refund you 100% of your purchase price within the first 15 days after your purchase. However any shipping charges you might have paid will not be refunded.
10) How do I clean my new jewelry?
THE DETERGENT BATH
Prepare a small bowl of warm suds with any mild liquid detergent. Brush pieces gently with an old tooth brush while they are in the suds. Transfer to a wire strainer and rinse under warm running water. Pat dry with a soft, lintless cloth.
THE COLD WATER SOAK
Make a half and half solution of cold water and household ammonia in a cup. Soak the diamond for 30 minutes. Lift out and tap gently around the back and front of the mounting with a small brush. Swish in the solution once more, and drain on paper. No rinse is needed.
# Don't let your diamond come in contact with chlorine bleach when you're doing house-work. It won't hurt the diamond, but it can pit or discolor the mounting.
# Don't wear your diamond when you're doing rough work or doing the dishes. Even though a diamond is durable, it can be chipped by a hard blow along it's grain.
# Don't jumble your diamond pieces in a drawer or jewelry case because diamonds can scratch each other and also scratch other jewelry.
# Take your diamonds to your jeweler for a "check-up" at least once a year. He will check your ring for loose settings and signs of wear. He'll usually give them a professional "shine-up" too.
11) When will my order be shipped?
Depending on ring sizing and customizations to be made please allow between 2-10 days. If you are concerned about your order status please email us or call our toll free number.
12) I am not sure what size of ring to buy, what should I do?
Any ring that is smaller than a size 6 or larger than a size 7 is considered a "Special Order" and is NOT returnable! BestBuyJeweler suggests that you purchase either a size 6 or 7 ring and have either BestBuyJeweler or your local jeweler "size" the ring to the appropriate size at a later date. Please ask for a FREE ring sizer from us if you are uncertain of your ring size!
13) How do I convert from "mm" to Carat size?
